A Class Alarms is a West London fire safety company focused on the properties where fire safety matters most and slips most often: houses in multiple occupation and rental properties. We install and service fire alarm systems of all grades and types, carry out fire risk assessments, inspect fire doors, service AOV smoke vents, PAT test landlord appliances, and run the scheduled weekly and monthly testing that keeps an HMO logbook inspection-ready.
Our customers are mostly landlords and letting agents across the London Borough of Hounslow. They don't want to become fire safety experts. They just want the property compliant, the paperwork in order, and someone reliable to call when the panel starts beeping. That's the job.
We work to the relevant British Standards (BS 5839 for fire detection and alarms, BS 5266 for emergency lighting) and we're straight with you about what the rules actually require.
